Shipping policy

Original art and jewellery orders are sent via Australia Post. Please allow 5-7 days to process. Once your parcel has been dispatched, a unique tracking number will be sent to your email address. There may be delays over the holidays. For Public Holidays please allow another 2-3 days. International orders via Australia Post. Please allow 4-6 weeks from when you receive your tracking notification.

Prints are drop-shipped from our chosen print studio in Marrickville, Sydney. Please allow 10 days from purchase for your prints to process between studios.

Missing Parcels: If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated time provided by your tracking email please get in touch at contact@zoelokstudios.com within 7 days to lodge a missing parcel enquiry.
