Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

Australian domestic orders

Original art and jewellery orders are sent via Australia Post. Please allow 5-7 days to process. Once your parcel has been dispatched, a unique tracking number will be sent to your email address. There may be delays over the holidays. For Public Holidays please allow another 2-3 days.

Prints

Prints are drop-shipped from our chosen print studio in Marrickville, Sydney. Please allow 10 days from purchase for your prints to process between studios.

Tracking your order

All original art and jewellery orders are shipped with Australia post, once you receive a tracking number via email you can track here. Print orders will receive a seperate tracking number in an email once shipped from the print studio.

International orders

We send out our International orders via Australia Post. Please allow 4-6 weeks from when you receive your tracking notification.

Missing parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated time provided by your tracking email please get in touch at contact@zoelokstudios.com within 7 days to lodge a missing parcel enquiry. 

RETURNS

Artworks

Please take care when selecting your art pieces as I do not offer returns on these.

I can happily replace any damaged or faulty pieces.
Some of my original artworks are on a rolled canvas with unique marks or canvas peeling from my work practice, this will be noted in the info section on the product page if so. I regard this usually in the pricing.

Fine art printing is a refined art form involving ink calibration, paper stock variations, cutting alignment, bleed settings and hue shifts. If your print is in any way, not 100% perfect, please contact me immediately so I can contact my supplier for you to get a replacement.

Jewellery

I will gladly accept returns or exchanges on most unworn and damage free items within 14 days from delivery date. Items that are eligible for an exchange or return will need to be returned to us in its original packaging within the 14 day time period. Any orders that are outside of the required timeframe will not be considered for an exchange. 

For hygiene reasons, we are not able to accept returns on any pierced jewellery. 

Faulty items

Zoe takes great pride in delivering high quality pieces. All of her jewellery is handcrafted and many eyes inspect each piece before we send it out into the world. However, in the unlikely case of a faulty item, we will happily exchange or refund your order within 14 days of purchasing, please email contact@zoelokstudios.com with your order number, full name and address and photographic evidence of the fault along with a short description. Faulty items will only be processed if we deem it to be faulty. 
General wear and tear on your jewellery does not qualify as a faulty item. We ask you kindly to follow our care instructions for glorious longevity.

Please kindly note

Zoe Lok Studios will not be responsible for return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases (other than faulty items) for the exchange of change of mind items. It is the responsibility of the customer to cover shipping costs to dispatch their updated order upon exchange of goods.
