"Merging my inner worlds I explore themes on motherhood, memory and place to form my outside world, my little calcified shells, my paintings. I view my works as a time capsule of feelings I once had or still have. My inner child emerges when I paint and this serves as a meditiation practice. Blending my conscious visions with the dream-states I am in, the idea of being awake to life itself in all aspects. Big moments, small ones. It's all part of the cosmic dance. 

Forming habitual rhythms in nature and observing my natural surroundings at a slower pace serve as a backdrop to objects and/or figures found in daily rituals which make up the architecture of my work, rich colour fields and dreamscapes painted from oils, natural pigments and beeswax to conjure up the highest realms of pleasure.”
