Merging her worlds of art and design, her practice explores themes of motherhood, memory, place, and slow living by the bush and sea. Much of her imagination was formed in childhood, climbing fig trees for hours — building secret worlds amongst the never ending branches and learning to see nature as both refuge and inspiration. That sense of wonder continues to flow through her practice today where her natural surroundings and daily rituals make up the architecture of her work. Zoë has a background as a Senior Graphic Designer and has worked with Australian brands; Seafolly and JETS, Biologi Serum, Globe, First Base, and Fella Swim. She utilises her knowledge of colour theory and design principles to create her dreamscapes and still life works.
