MANY DIFFERENT LANDS
Zoë Lok Jewellery uses materials that come from many different lands but her intention is to support small artisans around the world. Most of her pieces are designed and made in her artist studio on the North Coast, Australia. Our gold and silversmiths are based in India, Jaipur and France, working with a design studio that align with her own.

Store
When you are not wearing your Zoë Lok Jewellery, it should be stored in an airtight case. Do not store gold plating and silver plating together. The different metals will cause each other to tarnish, fade and/or turn an unwanted colour. This practice will prevent tarnishing, scratching and should prolong the life of your jewels.

Clean
Mild soapy water will softly clean any jewellery that has come into contact with saltwater or lotions. After much research, we have found that polishing papers work best to restore lustre to our sterling silver pieces.
DO NOT* use polishing papers on gold plated, as this will strip away the plating. You can ever so gently rub the surface of your gold plated jewellery using a soft jewellery cloth, which can help restore shine.

Gold, Silver and Natural Gems
Gold jewellery has a matte or polished 18kt gold plate (3 micron) and 925 sterling silver for all silver pieces, creating a quality, long-wearing plate with proper care.
Zoë uses natural gems, beads and shells. As a result, all of our pieces will have slight variations of beautiful colours, patterns, and textures. We believe that these variations are what make your piece of jewellery truly unique.
